Photography Pricing Guide

A Note on Flexibility

All project prices are negotiable based on your financial situation.

Portrait Sessions

All portrait sessions take place on location. If you require less time for your portrait session, we can reduce the pricing accordingly. 

  • Headshots / Editorial Session: $300 (1 hour)
  • Senior Portrait Session: $300 (1 hour)
  • Engagement Session: $300 (1 hour)
  • Family Portrait Session: $300 (1 hour)
  • Maternity or Baby Portrait Session: $300 (1 hour)
  • Business Headshots Session: $300 (1 hour)

WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY PACKAGES

Pricing scales with the number of hours spent photographing an event. More extended coverage means more photos to edit, which is reflected in the package price.

Elopement Package: $300

  • One hour of coverage with a brief portrait session

  • Non-refundable $100 reservation fee due at booking

  • Additional hours: $300 per hour

Intimate Ceremony Package: $1,100

  • Three and a half hours of coverage, including the ceremony and a brief portrait session immediately after

  • Non-refundable $100 reservation fee due at booking

  • Additional hours: $300 per hour

Ceremony & Family Portraits Package: $1,500

  • Five hours of consecutive photography, covering the ceremony, family portraits, and styled bridal party shots

  • Non-refundable $100 reservation fee due at booking

  • $600 down payment due six months prior

  • Additional hours: $300 per hour

The Essentials Package: $2,400

  • Six hours of coverage with one photographer, including an online gallery for viewing and downloading images

  • Non-refundable $100 reservation fee due at booking

  • $600 down payment due six months prior

  • Engagement session not included

  • Travel fees may apply

  • Additional hours: $300 per hour

The Basics Package: $3,600

  • Eight hours of coverage with two photographers, including a complimentary engagement session

  • Non-refundable $100 reservation fee and $600 down payment due six months prior

  • Travel fees may apply

  • Additional hours: $450 per hour

The Premium Package: $4,500

  • Ten hours of coverage with two photographers, including a complimentary engagement session

  • Non-refundable $100 reservation fee and $600 down payment due six months prior

  • Travel fees may apply

  • Additional hours: $450 per hour

Referral Bonus:

  • $150 referral bonus for any couple you refer who books a wedding package with me

  • Bonus is issued once the referred couple is under contract

  • Wedding bookings must be within a two-hour radius of the Chicagoland area

  • Contracts are only distributed for wedding dates where I am not already booked

Payment Options:
I accept cash, checks, Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, and CashApp. Payment is due in full before the session. Expect your edited images within two weeks. About 50–75 (often more) digital images will be provided, along with rights to those images.

Events

The base price is $300/hour for any event—family reunions, ceremonies, parties, etc.

Retouching Services

I aim to preserve the authenticity of each moment, but I also offer retouching for minor adjustments, such as blemish removal. Significant changes may incur additional fees, including major modifications to backgrounds or subjects. You will be informed of any charges before proceeding. For extensive modifications, please consult me in advance for a detailed quote.
